Closing on over One Million Dollars in Residential sales, his first Residential Sales transaction was as a Buyers agent on a MultiFamiliy family invested In Crown Heights Brooklyn. As many independent contractors navigate various brokerages commission splits in hopes of finding their stride to becoming a Million Dollar Broker, for his second Residential Sales deal he was positioned now on as a First Time Home Buyers Agent. Working with buyers are different than sellers but it has allowed him to assist First Time buyers from the pre-approval process all through to the closing table.
He’s best known as the creator and host of The Closers Roundtable a monthly panel mixer he begat in Brooklyn which focused on networking & connecting & & learning from top entrepreneurs within the real estate industry.
