Cathy Davila-Morgan

Cathy Davila-Morgan (formerly Cruz) is a licensed Realtor®️ for eXp Realty, a global, online-based brokerage firm. She is experienced in residential sales, short sales, foreclosures, contract negotiations, and market analysis. Cathy is passionate about helping her clients actualize their dreams of owning a home into their new reality. Born and raised in Boston, MA, Cathy grew up in the diverse neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. During her childhood, she was fortunate to have the opportunities to engage with various entrepreneurs and local businesses in her community, sparking her interest in building her own enterprise. In 1989, Cathy graduated from Boston English High School. A few years later, in 1995, Cathy moved to Miami, FL, where she worked for the Miami HEAT as an Operations Coordinator before transitioning into the Operations Manager role. By 2002, Cathy graduated from Miami Dade College with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. In 2010, Cathy moved back to Boston to work for IKEA N.A., where she quickly advanced her career in retail management, generating $3 million+ in revenue. Cathy’s success brought her to her current venture as a real estate agent, where she continues to utilize her sales, operations, and management skills. She has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing buyers and sellers in Massachusetts’ residential market. This level of commitment has helped Cathy build a remarkable track record of delivering results. Cathy enjoys traveling, spending time with her daughter, and interior design. She currently lives in Fall River, MA, with her husband, John, and their two dogs, Sansa & Hendrix.
